Can I request more than one cleaner?
Yes, absolutely. We regularly are able to provide a two person crew if it is a better fit for the circumstances of your cleaning needs.

How can I get in touch with you?
You are able to fill out any of the contact forms on the website and we get those within minutes and will respond ASAP. You can always call us or email us as well. WE pride ourselves on being one of the most responsive cleaning companies around!

What happens after I book my cleaning?
You will receive a text and email the same day the cleaning is scheduled, and then a text & email again when your cleaner(s) start driving to your location, and one final text & email when the cleaning is complete and payment is rendered.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
While occasionally our customers will prefer to provide their own specifically chose supplies, we always come prepared with all cleaning supplies as well as a vacuum. We use only the best products and generally there is a naturals/green theme among the supplies.

Our office hours:
We are open Monday through Saturday, and the office hours are 8 AM to 9 PM. Please feel free to contact us anytime. Regarding cleaning availability it is Monday through Saturday with more of a 8AM-6PM focus however exception can be made, we are here to serve you and be amenable to your needs!

Is my cleaning guaranteed?
Yes we guarantee our work at Cleaning Plus! If you aren’t satisfied we will come back and clean it at no additional cost.

How long will my cleaning take?
It depends on the size of your home, its condition, and any special request you have. We are efficient and known for being so.

Do I have to be home when you are there for the cleaning?
Just let us know where your key will be hidden or if your neighbor/doorman will have the key.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We take cash or debit as well as credit card. Cash and debit is regular price and credit has a 3% surcharge.

When do I pay?
Payment is rendered after the cleaning is completed?

Is there a cancellation fee?
If the cleaning is canceled before 12 PM the day prior of the service there is no fee, however if it is after that then there is a one-time $50 fee.

Should I tip the maid for a job well done?
While not required you can tip and we can add it to your payment on any card you are paying on or you can tip in cash. 10-15%

Are you insured?
Yes of course, we are bonded and insured.
